Recently, I changed my network and it caused problems connecting to my MAC laptop -- I called Brother and got brilliant support and what a pleasant surprise -- they directed my support call to a tech specialist that specialized in both Brother and Apple -- what a pleasant surprise -- HP is done selling me printers.
