(More customer reviews)This item works very much to its specification. This model provides only a modest increase in gain, just what I wanted. The only thing is that Netgear does not make it perfectly clear that a double female cable is required, not an option. You also should have a good knowledge of antennas. For my application I used the velcro type mount, the metal plate added a directional component that was not wanted, vertical mounting. Also the reference to the inverse female connectors means male connectir in US terms.
