(More customer reviews)I purchased this item believing that it would increase connectivity speed and help with current network issues. Unfortunately, it was actually the same or worst at times then the factory antenna that I am currently using. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It might be better to spend the extra money on one that is more expensive and might work. I should have gone to Wal-mart or Staples because at least I could have returned the item without losing all my money. I had to open the package to use the item and I would be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping fees. If I returned the item I would be out the total cost of the item and they would have it back. Even if they had to sell it at a lower price they would still make their money back or more. Plus I don't want anyone else to receive this antenna if it does not work properly.
